Training
Once your site has the appropriate spill response products in place, training is the next essential element to ensure you are demonstrating "Duty of Care". Unless your staffs are aware of kit location, contents of kits and response procedures, they may fail to act promptly and efficiently thus allowing liquid to escape your site.
The training we deliver is an introduction to environmental awareness and spill response including use of spill kits. It covers aspects specific to your site and prepares your staff to be able to respond effectively in case of a liquid spill.
The course is interactive and questions from participants are encouraged. There is a questionnaire which participants answer. The questions are discussed with the group. A certificate of completion is issued to participants.
